Appointment & Booking Policy
By booking an appointment with Purple Salt Spa & Salon (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
Appointment Times
Appointments are scheduled for specific time blocks and dedicated to you.
Arriving late may prevent us from completing your full service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your service that day.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, your deposit is forfeited.
Repeat no-shows may result in the loss of online booking privileges.
4. Deposits
Some services require a deposit at time of booking.
Deposits hold your scheduled time and are applied toward your final service charge.
Non-refundable if you cancel too late or no-show.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a refund.
Opened products with less than 25% used may be exchanged for store credit.
Gift cards and services are non-refundable.
8. Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in listed service prices and are at your discretion.
For card-on-file payments, a 20% gratuity may be added automatically unless you specify otherwise.
