Booking Terms and Conditions

Reservation Confirmation: 

All spa reservations made through our online booking platform are subject to confirmation and require a credit card to hold the booking. Upon successful completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details. Please ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate.  Please call the spa immediately if there is a discrepancy. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not follow our cancellation policy listed below.

Booking Modifications:

Any modifications or changes to your spa reservation, including date, time, or services, are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact us directly to request any changes to your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling, and no-call no-shows.  Guests canceling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment price.  

Arrival: 

Arrive as early as you would like to enjoy our complimentary amenities.  We do ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork and change into your spa attire.  Late arrivals will not receive the full scheduled treatment, so that we may begin treatments on time for our next scheduled guest.

Spa Lunch:

Lunch is available with 48 hours advance notice.  Call or visit us online for our spa menu. 

Health Conditions and Allergies:

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking. This information will help us customize your spa experience and ensure your safety and comfort during your visit.

Payment:

Payment for spa services is due upon completion of your treatment. We accept major credit cards and cash payments. Gift cards and vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and are subject to verification.

Gratuity:  

A 20% gratuity will be added to all services. 

Gift Cards: 

Our Common Man gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion and can be used at all Common Man locations.  Spa gift packaging is available.  Gift cards and eGift card options are also available online at thecman.com.

Age Requirement: 

Guests under the age of 18 are welcome with written parental consent.

Nail Instructions: 

If you have gel nail polish, other than CND Shellac on your hands, you must remove it prior to your appointment.  We do not remove dip, acryllic or most gels. We only have the ability to remove CND shellac polishes. We do not offer dip, acryllic, or gel manicures, only shellac manicures.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who presents a risk to the health and safety of our staff or other guests, or who engages in disruptive behavior.
