We understand that unexpected events can arise in everyone's life. As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional service and availability to all our clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding late cancellations and no-shows. By moving forward with this appointment booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least a 24-hour notice. This can be done by calling or texting us or through our online booking system. Any changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment will be deemed as a 'no-show.' Such clients will incur a no-show fee of $75 for the missed appointment. This charge will be applied to the card on file.

If any extenuating circumstances arise, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid incurring any fees.
